Cubicle lets you move software, files and internal collaborative projects to the Internet. There are many advantages, including reduced licence fees and environmental impact, increased security and greater efficiency in joint projects. And no matter where you are, your work is just an Internet connection away.Your own files and common files are divided up into different folders, right in your Cubicle. You save and open the document just as in any file management process. A specially appointed person at your company, or each user if you choose to set it up that way, decides who has access to the shared folders.
Not only does Cubicle make your work easier, more secure and more efficient, it's also good for the environment. Our computer room supplier was named Green Computer Room of the Year in 2008 and we use only virtual servers. If your office has an energy-gobbling server room, Cubicle can save you many kilowatt hours - good for your wallet as well as the environment.
As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, we are always on the forefront of infrastructure. One example of what this means to you is problem-free printing thanks to EasyPrint. No matter what kind of printer you have, Cubicle is always ready to print on demand, with no time-consuming settings to configure or drivers to install. This is unique to Microsoft Windows Server 2008, and few similar solutions have this as standard.
Working with Cubicle is just as safe as using an Internet bank. Just like them, we use SSL encryption and smartcard authentication for secure access to programs and files. All data are backed up every 15 minutes and stored in a security-class, fire-safe facility. All systems are duplicated to ensure 99.99% operational reliability, and if any files have been damaged or deleted you can restore them yourself to the latest functional version with a single mouse click.
Programs and files open from your Cubicle on the Internet instead of from your hard drive. You don't need any special software or hardware, just a regular PC running Windows and an Internet connection. The biggest difference is that your workplace is always on hand, no matter where in the world you are. Everything else is completely normal, your programs work just as they always have, except that they never crash.
With Cubicle you never have to worry about an expensive software license going to waste if the user leaves the company, goes on disability or sabbatical. We update licenses on a monthly basis so you have the flexibility to add or remove users on short notice. In addition, we purchase licenses in large volumes, ensuring a lower cost per individual user.
Cubicle can be used on nearly any modern computer.
